The Body, the Soul, and the Dark Night

Is the Dark Night of the Soul only about spiritual struggles? Next Tuesday on The Distracted Christian Podcast, we’ll explore how the body and soul are woven together in our walk with God. While St. John of the Cross focused on detachment from comforts, we’ll look at how Scripture invites us to honor both body and soul as sacred. After all, our bodies aren’t obstacles. They’re vessels for God’s glory.

We’ll also explore how suffering can be a sacred space where God meets us. If you’re in a season where even daily life feels heavy, this episode will speak directly to you. Join us Tuesday as we uncover a fuller, richer picture of how God works in both our shadows and our strength.
