This week, I’m launching into something new inspired by Judson’s paper. His paper was all about bringing the data of the divine council into the area of systematic theology. Specifically, he explored how it effected the area of Theology Proper. In my reading and research this summer, I took this as a model for exploring another area of systematic theology where the divine council has major impact: Christology. There is so much to explore here, and I just barely scratched the surface on the topic.
In the podcast, I reference this dissertation:
Marylyn Ellen White, The Council of Yahweh: Its Structure and Membership.
